Nickel Spare'O'Dime

There are plenty of baddies in the town of Summerville who do dastardly acts every single day. Nickel Spare'O'Dime, notorious Penny pinching, pikpocket extraordinaire, is one of those heinous villains. Nickel is cunning, charming, and always finds a way into people's pockets, among bigger money holding places. Though he performs dastardly pickpocket acts, Nickel is, in the words of Cream Soda "Troubled, but a pretty soft, good guy." Along on one of his most dastardly heists, he met Diana, and ever since has been both her rival and crime and a best friend, always by her side along with Cream Soda. He can be an asshole sometimes, and admittedly "doesn't understand women" too well, but when it comes to his friends, he's willing to drop his tough bad boy act to help them. Of course, he still isn't hesitant to suck their pockets dry of spare change. 
Nickel's true name is Nikolai Tvardovsky, son of Alexander Tvardovsky, the wealthiest man in Springton, a bordering city to Summerville. While shopping for expensive rarities in Summerville as a child, Nikolai bumped into a then child Diana in front of the Orphanage she lived in and heard her proclaim her love of the dastardly, promising  to become a super villain one day. Smitten by her, Nickel too grew up to become a villain, hoping to one day meet the girl again, and sure enough, he did. Now Nickel patiently waits until he feels he can finally pop the question to start dating Diana, if that time will ever come.
Nickel and Cream are similar to Sandy and Patrick, and seem to be two opposites who stick together for Diana's sake. While they can go at each other from time to time, they both care for one another, whether they choose to admit it or not. Nickel is very uncomfortable around Ufofo, who claims the two will one day get together and have tons of kiddos. Keep Pinching those pennies, Nickel!

If you haven't noticed: Diana, Nickel, and Cream all have neutral hair colors. Diana has White, Nickel Grey, and Cream black. This was done intentionally to make them stand out compared to the other wacky characters with odd hair colors. 

Despite being of Russian decent, Nickel speaks normally, and has a voice somewhat scraggly and rough, like a young Popeye. 

Nickel's outfit is loosely based on both lord Crump from Paper Mario and Micky Mouse. His hat, however, was based on Flapjack.
