Donnie and Dorothy Deetz

I'm sure you have at least one positive memory of one or both of your parents from your childhood, right? I for one, remember discussing the horror movie Darkness Falls with my parents at the age of 8, and felt very mature and happy getting into horror flicks. 

Diana, sadly, has never had a happy moment with her folks. Meet Donnie and Dorothy Deetz, Diana's Parents from a hell so far away even Mephisto doesn't like to mention it. Donnie is a roughneck biker who doesn't seem to understand how a kid works, and has put Diana through several traumatizing events growing up, from placing her on the back of his bike without a helmet to sending her to an Adult store to pick up his magazines for him (with a fake ID, to boot). 

Dorothy is no prize, either. This bubbly woman is almost never sober, and reeks of Martini on a daily basis. Not only that, but she's not exactly the most loyal wife, either, often sneaking away from him for a quick bang and dash. 

Both realizing how incompetent they are, The two of them divorced at an early part of Diana's life, and decided to give her up for adoption on her birthday. What a lovely prize they are, eh?

Diana now dislikes parental figures and even fears becoming a mother in fear she may end up like her own parents. Diana's dad is where she not only became disillusioned and became a strange villain, but also where she gained her smoking habit from, as well as his White hair. Due to her mom's Alcoholism, Diana now dislikes drinking pure alcohol unless mixed with soda, and finds Alcoholics to be disgusting beings.
